try to check one by one ... from the led, coil, driver, and the feet 3 try at the solder re all ........... hopefully help

short the l.e.d .it should be work if dont then change light i.c

the keypad LED's are in series with the display LED's so short the keypad LED's one by one and eliminate the bad LED later i tried it

After shorting the LED and changing the LCD IC, if still your problem is not solved then change the COIL.

I think your problem will be solved.
