1208 flash ok.
but after flash not on with bettry or power supply.
any idea.

1st remove local mode filter...if not ok....rehot flash ic..............

I am agree with ashad420 it maust be a mistake with the flash, probably you are using the wrong one, anyhow try a depth clean on charging zone mostly!!!

i agree with ashad ., its a flash file MCU problem., try another version,. first check ur pcb if it is dry????
