nokia 1600 all keypad working only 3 and 9 not working

still no reply

sir remove the key pad ic then check if there is shorting. if not very simple change the ic

actually some keypad prints on pcb are damaged so i make jumpers in place of ic,all keys are working except 3 and 9,all tracks are ok
