I Have A Nokia 1600 Having Problem Only "local Mode" In Screen, I Am Flashed Successfully But The Same Problem Apperas. Please Help Me In This Regard.

Here is your solution but when u post use search

this is hardware problem use search button & write 1600 local mode u will find solution
