1600 strange problem - GSM-Forum

i have n1600 .......set works fine without sim but when i insert sim in it set turns off after nokia logo and not powering on ........but when i insert battery again it power on and switch off as stated above.........any one plz help

Try to flash the set with jaf i think problem solve

First try to flash the phone.
If problem is not solve post here log.

make emergency call with out sim card (112) , if your set get off when calling, than your set is sucking the power (short circuit)

if the call is made , then you have to flash it with latest flash file
