i have 1650 dead when connect this massage show

2nd Boot u3_2nd.fia, Ver 4.70.1

brother u must upadte flash FIA
then connect software again same problem show just reflow or reball flash ic
post result

Its flash i.c problem.Reball or replace the flash i.c. your problem will 100% solved.
