Try to kick the battery and charge. at the moment the phone went off i think the battery is low n then u have to kick n charge the battery wen i say kicking i mean u have to introduce some power to the battery in this case u have to use a universal charge to kick the battery or u can use any charger just cut off the last end n use the positive to the battery positive and the negative to the battery negative for 2 munites then remove and insert to phone n then charge. or clean battery connector well be for inserting it to the phone. | |
