For the 1650 hangs on Nokia logo this is the solution:

-Reehot the keys ic and the phone will work normaly!

bro i have 1650 phone start normal but after 5,6 second phone hang. i have alrady flash with latest virsion & write goood pm but same problem, plz tell me how can i do plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ( [email protected] )
