1650 no solution for local mode
 
1650 with local mode problem . when i conect battery it shows local mode. i removed the 4 leg resitor , i checked the bsi line , i removed the parts above the battery connector, but it still shows local mode without pressing power.

any idea ? other solution for this phone ? it's like new and i don't want to throw'it in trash

Hi mate!

i have similar problem with a similar phone (2610) And after two month i find a solution. there was a little metal dirt deep inside the easy flash socket. After i removed this 1mm x 1mm dirt the phone works again. But maybe if the easyflash socket is water damaged and u think its allready clean it can also sort circulit more deeper in the socket than you think. So try remove the socket, and check without the socket lockal mode still present.

the conector is brand new . i tryied the phone with cyclone box but no connection . i reheat upp at low temp , and now is dead , i'll reheat upp again at normal temp. to see if any change . if not.. spare parts
