see the mobile is ok by incoming and outgoing is ok or no
if not
than flash and unlock
if yes
than change lcd if still same than flow this below solution

without lcd 1661.1616....etc
new module with out lcd some set have no income /out going


1st flash with latest version
if same
then change lcd
