1st problem, flash ic..

reball then flash with higher version and goor pm file..

2nd,wrong file mcu..
start from lower ver to higher ver mcu file..
if not ok reball flash ic then flash it again..
if still same change flash ic...

yes both sets are flauty flash ics so replace both flash ics & full flash the phone , post result
