2100 cobba parallel failed!! - GSM-Forum

2100 CS,i've read it w/ noktest and eeprom tools,cobba parallel faied;cobba serial passed...i tried hardware,remove cobba and it's still d same.serial passed even without COBBA!!!where can i check cobba parallel? why does the serial passed without the cobba?

ive just replaced it with a new one...from where does noktest read that cobba parallel line? is is direct to the cpu?

If does not help what Legija said, check VCOBBA. It might be cobba is ok and good soldered but missin power from ccont

try to reball the cpu i already try it before it working

1.Check cobba ic
2.Check Vcobba
3.Check CPU and the lines beetween them!

ill try to check vcobba and the lines in between,cant reball cpu(underfilled).the history of the phone was not charging then cs.

if the history is what you said try to check
vcobba- cobba clock -change ccont n if that does not help try to reball cpu!

apply flux and hot at cpu bottom_left where command goes to cobba. it will be ok i done more than 7 phones.
