2100 water damage shows insert sim even sim inserted.

if only blinking without water damage phone turn on and only white light on screen and don't want turn off only if you remove battery.

had the same problem...change cobba now ok

For me helped to change SIM adapter. Strange, but it helped.
Cheaper to try this before change cobba :)
