why 2300 after changed by the uem cannot live but if in flash walk normally, help what its solution?

reflash the phone with highre version of mcu and ppm write the pm and do the ui setting, you only do uem when rebuilding the imei

if u have no traks loose under uem u must change it by anther good one thanks
