3310 Charging problem - GSM-Forum

I have two pcs 3310 with same charging problem. If phone is switched off charging is ok. If I switch on phone and plug charger charging is ok too...but If I disconnect charger, battery indicator is still signaling charging and after 30 sec. phone display RECONNECT CHARGER and if I plug charger again..nothing happen. Have anybody any idea? thanks in advance Vicky

hi!

did u noticed that when u use a car charger everything works fine? if so, just change ur charger to acp-8e model(6210 charger) or any commercially compatible charger (not original).

I have got an 3310 which start charging as soon as I plug in but after 10 to 20 second stop charging and show the battery full. I have changed the charger and battery no improvement. can anyone give me the solution pls.
