Try to flash it with higher version. It is software problem sir.

The fun*****tal is that check for components that are connected to BSI line . if any componet is short then only nokia gives problems like "Not charging " or "charger not supported" .
only u have to do one thing . remove the Bsi line components one by one & Hope ur problem will solved
