2610 hang problem - HELP please

Hi, I have got one Nokia 2610. I have already flashed it with new version and unlock.
It was after felt down.
I changed broken LCD, rehotted UPP and then flashed.
It is working but after few whiles it is freeze. After one or two minutes it turns off and I can switch it on again.

I checked a system connector, it is fine.

What can I do with that?
Help me please. In previous posts I read that I have to change a RTC (Real Time Clock), but I have got one more question, where that RTC is in Nokia 2610?
