2610 only local mode - GSM-Forum

when press power on buton phone start in local mode, with jaf can put him in normal mode and start ok.
how can fix that problem?

remove r2205... %100 solution

remove local mode dual resistor near uem if already removed then put it from any other nokia board
for example: 1110 1112 1600 6030
