6120c delay operation - GSM-Forum

have this 6120c having strange problem of delay function start after turn on phone...i.e all the phone function and keys work after few minutes...after few minutes phone work all fine..what would be the problem of..already tried flashing

have you tried to remove the memory card?
also it happens with sim card in or it doesnt matter?
you can also try "self test" in jaf/ufs and post here
