nokia 2630 not power on

only power on with cable not with battery

i chk bsi line it show continuty from connecter to parts near uem but not show continuty from point which is under uem plz chk this pic

Yes, no other solution make direct jumper.

i want to know that the print under uem goes direct to bsi line of connecter or not?

the problem is

set show initial local mode ok on pc but not show local mode on mobile screen

i reball uem but still same

firstly check with Change local mode to normal mode will mobile power on/not.

If it on then you need to make jumper directly from uem to bsi (blue line)as you mention in your previous post.
