actually here is d problem , seems it's a hardware problem but before going to hardware repair replace fbus cable . make sure fbus cable is good & 100% working condition . u may also use usb cable to check . if problem not solve with cable issue simply reflow or reball combo memory ic , just reflow or reball upper ic. post result | |

Member: 15903 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1583162 Thanks Meter: 1,046 | 2700c Dead and show ERR: CMT ALG Boot CERT MISM while flashing if your cable is tested one follow the above mentioned post but just make sure that core and IO voltages are 100% same as mentioned in l4 schematics and set consumes normal current from test power supply if it show symptom over-loading , the matter may be Little different anyway just post observed data from that board regards, NEIL |
