i have the same problem with nokia 2760, i tryed to rehot the whole mainboard but problem not solved..

check full P.C.B short?????????????????

Must remove caponement in back side of battery jack

check your power amp, maybe shorted....

Replace charging ic then solve ur problome

change the bt ic maximum battery heat problem by bt ic so first change the bt ic
