100000% it's flash problem try to repair it

first flash it with latest version,
if no sucsess, heat upp. it will 100% work

this is flash problum reheat the flash the phone if problum not solved then change the flash.......

yes this upp problem solved by rehoting upp but now set network not fix like pa damage
