3100 hanging auto shut off - GSM-Forum

hi all i have problem with my 3100 it is auto shut off.....i have reprogram it many times but the problem still the same.....i think its a hardware problem but i dont know where to start.....is it UEM or flash ic?plsss give me an advise

coz i dont want to give on this challenging problem....

yes i agree, it's UPP problem.try to reball it
