Most Cost Effective Way Is To Change Uem Ic But Its Not The Safest.
Since Uem Might Be Sealed.
The Other Way Is To Rebuilt Imei By Having It Calculated. But Is Not
100% Since Uem Imei May Be The One Corrupted.

in most 1100 & 2300 UEM are glued & not easy to change.

i got the same prob. so i tried to write rpl with ufs3 but no way and i concluded that the uem is spioled.
i tried to remove it but it`s to risky,unluckely for me 2 1100 died in my hand,so plz anyone can tell how to take it out safly

rewrite your imei number again.
using unlocking software ...............on your phone .
try this now ..........this is software problem not hardware...
