first check v bat on the pa and after change the pa write pm

Mostly network prob in Nokia 3100 is due to uem.So reflow uem and the set will be ok.But not sure for how many days it will be ok.After some days or weeks it will be in same condition.Nokia 3100 is the very very bad mobile set for repair network prob.So reflow uem if it will ok then sell it.
