3100 reflashing prob - GSM-Forum

dear all i have 3100

reflashing with mcu-ppm-cnt --->>> extract cp failed
reflshing mcu-ppm only finish 100% and showing local mode on display

but when unlocking,restore factory,write pm,normal mode always failed there are no success

did any body have solutions

99% flash fault if bord is fresh just heat flash ic

if the pcb is not glued reflow cpu,flash ic + uem and then flash the set again.

u just gives normall heat on flash ic then try to flash the phone

skip cnt flashing.99% of the time solves problem.

if this 3100 manufactured before 3 to 4 months then there is 99% chnce to get IMEI currupted means ??????? after flashing

flash it with version 6.01 new batch of 3100,3120 have some hardware changes,this could be the problem.if you flash new phones with older version phone goes off.flash it with 6.01 and post result
