1. reball the upp
2. change the upp

some time cable not connect properly with handset that why you got this type of error
try to clean the flashing points if problem still there then try to connect the cable with only circute bord
otherwise rehot the uem first then rehot upp

I think, mobile is not boot up

1. check cabel conection to board.
2. check All Vbat to UEM
3. Check PURX on J402 (if switch pressed should be ~3V)
4. check 26MHz clock from RF IC
if all OK, cabel conection problem

sir kindly help on 3100 water damage. i flash the fhone using jap the program is good but when i put the battery' the fhone doesnt turn on and local mode apper on the scren

Check voltage to power swith if 3.8V. press down to 0.0V. checking UPP.
If press pw.sw. not down to 0.0V. change pw.sw.

Look same problem is given in forum with picture , U have to remove Two res which near to battery connector, It will work 100%
