3100 Showing Only Charging Bar - GSM-Forum

3100 Without SIM it shows insert sim, with SIM it shows only charging bar . It does not power off when sim card is inside. At the same time key pad is not working. Main problem is Customer wants his phone memory contacts. want solution Plz. Regards

tis would be your phone hang
can be cause by so maqny part...
normally should flash the phone
but since ur cuz wan the memory
u can try mjoitner first reheat reball or replace
tis ic fault can cause not only network but hang as well
if tis does not solve ur prob
try upp reheat reball or replace...

man thats 100% problem of software problem,
i made several phone like 3100 - 6610 - 7250 - 7210 with this problem
replay me if you successful to solve this problem

Thanks every body for Quick response I also know its software problem but main problem is to recover the contacts from phone memory

if ur using ufs try this to save the contact.connect the phone and click on (write user seting).u will get a option save a file with extension .pp.save the file.Now flash the phone and write the save file back all ur contact will b restored.

using full erase and full flash with cnt file mustly and write processor pm other wise reball/heat the upp remember mustly use processor pm file not only simple pm ok tested bt me 1000000%ok

bro as i know,this is uem problem,bcoz i face same problem in 6100,i resold all ic accept uem bcoz it is sealed!i m not sure but i think so.
