thats 1000% flash ic and cpu problem.
first reball flash ic and check , if it problem is same then reball cpu , don't do anything else. i made more then 500 solved this type of problems. carefully because over heating your phone will be parmenantly off.

change helgo ic and clean the board nicely it will be perfectly ok........

first full flash the phone with good pm if problem not solved then only reball cpu , your phone will be 100% ok then
