brother, 3100 network solution...just flash w/ latest version..then reball mjoulner and apply jumper in white filter...

Problem of network in these telephones always covered or in a rf processor or in uem or in cpu. Often simply no soldering.

its normally coz of rf filter as for as i have seen 80% get the problem in Rf filters

network problem in 3100\3120\2112\3105\3125\6100\6610\7210 etc is 100% uem problem just reball this or may change it its work 1000% nothing else will do if it is software related then write pm to set then it work

hi,
sacin is right but it is not possible to change um because customer dont want to pay money for um change. but it can possible by reball. best of luck my brother.
