1- Reflow flash chip (if not under-filled). 2- Reflow processor UPP. 3- Reflow RF processor (MJOLNER). 4- Replace any of them if required. |
hi, wash and keep the light dawon 30 minite if not done then erase flash with 06.01 vertion..... good luck......if flash also not done then check (pa.......flasher um)to re hot.....thanks |
Try to reheat UEM and UPP.If still reflash it.If still UEM faulty |
gently heat the flash ic, if it is same heat cpu. otherwise reball both ic's, be carefull that your mobile get off parmenantly off because of overheating |
