3120 Restart Problem
 

hello friends i have a nokia 3120 restart problem when i insert the sim and on the phone after few second the phone is restart i also flash the phone with higher virson 6.11 flash file and after a one day the problem is repat please help

hi, if without sim set is ok then problem is uem ic but one thing some couses come restart some time battery fluty and some time flasher and some time pa problem also set take auto restart also if battery losses also take auto restart
now at first u will do rehot uem ic if not done then change uem ic.......

upp fulty reball or replace........

i reflow the flash and uem the phone is ok after 2 days the problem is back on the handset pls help what can i do

just reball upp and flash.....

bro 3100/20 is the easiest phone to repair...
my way of doing it is that i remove all four ics
UEM, UPP, FLASH n MJOLNER
clean the board properly reball all ics and put them back
thats it;)

and all it take is about 20 mins;)

dear reball or heat the mcu and flash. your problem will be solved.

try to use the erase flash first and then flash using the latest version. If the same problem try to reheat or reballs the flash IC
