3120 restart when pressing "4" or "7" keys - GSM-Forum

This is common problem for these model 3120 restart when pressing "4" or "7" keys.

At the back of these keys are the UPP and Flash IC which is probebly faulty. Heating these parts would temporarily solve the problem but it will just come back in a matter of days.

Anybody has fully solved this problem? Reballing or replacing the parts? Which part?

i have 3100 any 2 3 ki paid press than set hang if doent press ki paid doent hang [what i can plese tell me]thanks

try reheat UPP or flashing before with UFS
