3120 unknown flash manufacture - GSM-Forum

a customer camed to me with 3120 water dead ...i try to flashed it mcu+ppm flashing was ok but cnt failed ....i gave some heat to flash ic now erasing was ok but writing flash memory camed upto 19% and it stoped i reballed the flash ic now it says unknown flash manufacture .........plz help me what to do should i changed the flash ic but im afraid that my imei wont go ??????????????.... help me guys what to do

you must change flash ic and uem ic
