3200 hangs so i flash but after flash cannot call

after flashing the phone the network is full but i cannot call or receive any calls but i can receive sms. what shall i do???

1. set to factory default
2. try to set network manualy
2. change switch anntena

flash it again, andthen after flash write pm to u'r phone and unlock it and set to factory default.. dont changed ic because it is a software problem.
