3210 doesn't charge the empty battery - GSM-Forum

So this is the subject.
Chaps changed 2 times! When the battery is charged - the charging process goes well!
The power on the battery connector is about 1V
Who knows how to handle this problem????? Please help!!!

I see that nobody knows how to handle this!!!!!!!
So I'm gonna search the reason by the hard way...
I'll post the results here...All that I can tell now - it's the chaps problem anyway!.. It seems so.. because all another parts are checked and all ok!

Have you heard about "Trickle Charge" ?
Empty battery connot be charged normal way.
