i have a 3210 that powers on when u insert batttery as soon as u press keypad it switches off . does not switch on with switch only when insert battery

Probably power switch is jammed in the on position. ive seen a number of phones like this eg the infamous 6210 with replacement chinese housing. Since its on all the time, it turns straight on when battery inserted & turns off when key pressed. If the casing is not fouling it, try squirting some flux cleaner into the switch.
