3210 reboots then insert sim - GSM-Forum

tried reflowing/replacing ccont and the parts around it like r115, 116 etc.. still the same..

when i rehot the board for cleaning sometimes it is fixed but after a minute or so the phone reboots and then INSERT SIM is shown?!

if not clean pad of CCONT ,then that MAD fault !
