guy can i ask hw 2 repair nt charging 3220model it has a battery indicator but dosnt charge

first try to clean the battery connector on the board & the battery pinouts then try another battery,
if it not works then try to resolder the UEM chip by reheating on it otherwise it will need to be replaced ...
