3220 restart when press 1 and call
 

i have 3220..when i press 1 and call phone is restart..
what the problem is?:confused:

try to reheat the ic beneath the 1 and call key

try 1st flashing,, if the problem is still there,, reheat/replace the driver,, and lastly the upp!!

change keypad ic ..........if not solve reball CPU

try to clean pcb as well first..........

try to flash it firstly and if not solved i think it will be CPU but believe me that will end by software

does it show switch off

means when we press on off switch it show switch off is it showing that

flash the phone problem solved

maybe its not a software problem..
coz i flash with ufs but still same.i will try reheat cpu..

bro...the problem is when press number 1 n press call the phone will restart.
i flash it before,but still same problem.:)

br, try erase u phone then flash again and write good pm file....if not done try to rehot cpu..........boc it's a cpu problem.

1-try to clean keypad pcb and metals that pressed in switches that has problum
2-clean all of board
3-heat keypad ESD chip
4-replace ESD chip
5-rehot cpu
6-reball cpu
