3230 power on problem - GSM-Forum

3230 has power on problem i have changed the upper board its working on other handset while charging it shows charging signal but dosent power on flashing is also ok can somebody give me the switch ways.......

i have got one 3230. its come for display problem i opened the to see whether it is water logged set but not. now the problem is that is not coming on. i tried to flash the phone but its getting error please heip me as fast as possible on my email id [email protected]

Most of the problem for 3230 is UI board.
