hi
i having streng problem in 3230 its auto restart after every 15minute i upgrade the latest s/w file also format phone with ufs but repeat this case pls help me & give solution for that.

try to rehot flash ic or uem

Try to erase then full flash it and format it if still reflow uem and upp.
