anybody help me plz..
i just repairing 3230 lcd white...
i'm allready change LCD but not working.

Try to reheat the flex of UI Board.

yes try to replaced top board...

first try to replace the upper board to check where tha main fault is.If the screen displays after u changing the board so try this step:
Over the lcd connecter on the board u have 2 resestance,while the phone is on with the lcd attached to it's place try to short the one of the resistance and check what will happen.if the screen displayed of short one of the resis.then u have to resolder it very good.

check the front ui if fine replace or bypass display glass ic
