3250 display problem


hi ,
i have 3250 with inverted hazy display also characters written is inverted on display what may be the problem kindly guide me

first check with another lcd....if same....replace both display ic & resolder lcd conn........post result

hi, thx thx thx im done now its working fine i replaced z2403 & z2404 i didnt got the ic so i replaced z2403 with n90 keypad ic coz they both have same series and replaced the second one with 6600 display ic and its working fine
