3310 & 8210 can falsh but dont power up!!

i have 3310 and 8210 with same problem,
can flash but dont power up,
tried to flash with rolis flasher, knock, dejan box 1.05
any suggestion

3310 try first replace flash rom
8210 try CCONT and MAD
