3310 auto on - GSM-Forum

Hi there,

I got a 3310, when i put in the battery, it swith on it self. but if i press any key then it switch off and don't want to swith on. I have to take out the battery and put it back to switch on. I have change the switch and also replace v414 but still the same problem. anybody can help. thanks.

cjohnjohn! According to my experience you done a mistake with switch plz put it again and look the printed area if short with ground seprate and sold carefully your problem will solve

try to clean your board...............maybe its shorted

boss try re-ball the ccont ic....or reheat....

rmove ur switch.then check it if it have resistnce.if have rsistnce.then ur switch is faulty.put new swtch.clean d board.then check the line passing diode and capacitors..............

most 3310s do that when there is a short circult somewhere so try to check propally coz u said wen u put in a batt its starts on its on and then wen u press any key it goese off .jst check my bro for small line if u soldered Nthing check nicely.

I agree with Zafhal, I also want to believe that your soldering is not okay,check it with ur digital meter you will see that there is continity, Remove the switch and solder more carfully,make sure that both legs of the switch are separeted. Goodluck

When I took out the switch it does the same thing, it auto switch on. So i don't think the switch is the problem. But I will try to clean the board again and see what happens. thank for your advises.

Use seach button to find a picture showing on and off way.There must be a short circuit in on and off ways.solution is ready posted in the forum.
