3310 charging but wont power...
 

gud day sirs...

i have a 3310 here that charges but wont switch on.... i have replaced the power switch but its still dead.... i can flash the phone but i have to trigger it using a charger.....i have reheated cobba and changed the ccont.... any idea??? tnx!!!

Yes

Try with other battery.
Check PA.
Try to startup with service battery : 2 short to 4 - Gnd, 1 to resistor 330 ohm to 3 - 3,6V. In this event phone will power up automatically.

Did u manage to find the fault ?
I have one with exactly the same symptoms

Check the power switch ONLY.....

The power switch has been changed twice but doesnt make no difference . I think to check circuit to switch maybe

i managed to repair this phone through the help of a few friends...

jumper a wire from r402 to the power switch lead closest to it....


this side up

1 2

power
switch

3 4 r402

jumper lead number 4 to R402....

post result.... good luck

Replaced and the phone is 100% ok
