i heatead a dead 3310 but by mistake i heated the cpu , and a small ball came out of it , help me what to do

U can't do anything more than that
cpu is glued
3310 is dead finally
to hide this effect
U can only remove cpu balls that appeared & wash board

that mean your mobile phone is dead and may cause shorted try to remove it if you can and if not clean it first then return the unit to the owner.

hi bro

IF U GOOD enough n GOT skill u can repair 100000%

remove cpu with blade carfefully MAKING sure not to RIP any pad off.clean excess epoxy off

then SIMPLY put new CPU on n will work

BECAREFULL

better SWAP PCB out n use spares from there<damage pcb>, i feel TIME SAVED N client be happy
