3310 dead after change hagar - GSM-Forum

hi all

at first my 3310 no network then i change hagar (RF signal procesor N505)now can't power on.i check pin 1 of LCD connector not have 2.8 V. but pin 8 be 2.8 V

please help

Try with hot air or change POWER MANAGEMENT IC .

Try to reheat it again......try 2 check if its grounded..

@13061972 .at first it can power on and dead after change hagar.now 5v ok,4.8v ok 2.8v ok. i think CCONT not damage .next where i check?

Hager Is Not a Rf Ic's It Provide The 13MHz Clock To The Mad To Work so If You Have Replaced in an Uncorrect method You will lose the 13Mhz and the Phone Will Never Work .

So Try To Change It With New One And Be Carefull .

The 26 Mhz Generate By VCTCXO , And Hager Divide It By 2 So The Result Is 13 Mhz , So if you Found The 26 Mhz at VCTCXO You Have To Change The hager Ic .

Did You Reballing The Hager Well , be sure that No Short between Any Two Balls.

Hello srtech,

Is it your first time installing balls? If so you must practice first as the ball may not correctly installed. If the balls are ok then check around the components.

i ball 3390 and 3210 some 3310 no problem.now i don't khow what component damage but now hagar not damage couse i try remove to other phone no problem.please help step by step for check piont

Try to reflow Ccont, may be it already have some dry loos pins. It may have problem while you were replacing Hagar.

If still no success read Service Manual and follow the steps.
